1. Membership & Participation
1.1 Membership Approval
Fluence membership is by application and approval only. The approval committee evaluates each applicant to ensure alignment with Fluence’s standards and values.
1.2 Membership Benefits & Responsibilities
Members gain access to exclusive Fluence events, excursions, and networking opportunities. Members are expected to uphold Fluence’s standards of professionalism, respect, and integrity at all times.
1.3 Discovery Trips
Non-members may participate in Fluence Discovery Trips, which provide a glimpse into the Fluence community. Participation in a Discovery Trip does not guarantee membership approval.
2. Event Participation
2.1 Event Access
Events, excursions, and trips are available only to those who meet Fluence’s participation criteria. Availability may be limited, and Fluence reserves the right to decline participation for any reason.
2.2 Payment & Cancellations
All event and trip fees must be paid in full before participation.
Cancellation policies vary by event and will be outlined at the time of booking.
Fluence reserves the right to modify or cancel events at its discretion. In such cases, refunds or credits may be issued.
2.3 Liability Waiver
By participating in any Fluence event, trip, or excursion, you acknowledge that certain risks may be involved. You agree to release Fluence, its affiliates, and partners from any liability related to injuries, damages, or losses incurred during participation.
3. Code of Conduct
All participants must conduct themselves in a professional and respectful manner. Fluence reserves the right to remove or deny access to individuals who violate community standards, including but not limited to:
Harassment or discrimination of any kind.
Disruptive or inappropriate behavior.
Misrepresentation of identity or qualifications.
4. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, and materials provided by Fluence are the intellectual property of Fluence and may not be copied, shared, or used without explicit permission.
5. Privacy & Data Use
By engaging with Fluence, you consent to our data practices outlined in our Privacy Policy. Fluence may collect and use personal information to enhance user experience and facilitate event participation.
6. Modifications to Terms
Fluence reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be communicated through official Fluence channels. Continued participation after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
